The adjuster will assess the roof damage and then write up a report that will be sent to the owner - this report should also be sent to the roofing company so that the report can be properly reviewed.

Agreements And Roof Work
Once you have the report from the adjuster, you will go over all the work that needs to be done and both yourself, the roofing company, and your insurance provider will come to an agreement and sign the contract. You’ll then have to wait for your check to come and deposit it into your account so that Abide can then set a work date. Work will commence on the agreed work date and will usually take between one and two days to complete, at which time you will then have to pay the first check installment from your insurance to the roofing company. Abide will then send some paperwork to your insurance company and they will directly work with us to pay for the rest of the roofing costs.
