1. Abide will look at roof and determine if there is enough damage to file a claim.
2. Call insurance claim number and ask for adjuster to come to your home to assess the damage.
3. Give them the date of the storm ____________________
4. Call Abide to let us know date and time adjuster will be there. (Very Important that we are there).
5. Once they total the roof and you receive your report please let us know so we can review it together. (Make a copy if possible).
6. Go over all work that needs to be done and both parties agree we will sign the contract.
7. Once you receive your check make sure and deposit it and call Abide and let us know it cleared and then we will set a date to do the work.
8. Work will be done on agreed date. (In most cases it will take one to two days).
9. Once work is complete customer will pay Abide the amount of first check from insurance company (unless other terms have been agreed upon).
10. Abide will send in paper work to insurance company and they will send a second check (depreciation money) and any supplements (if there are any) and all monies will go to Abide (unless other terms were agreed on).
